Love Your E-Bike in 60 Days Promotional Offer from E-Movement running on all e-bike purchase orders placed between September the 1st 2020 and December 5th 2020. To make use of the promotional offer you should contact us via email or messenger. Once notified we will make a note on your account. If you do not notify us via email or messenger before your item is shipped then we will be unable to accept any returns after 30 days. For returns on the 60 day promotion you must have arranged return delivery of the product before the 60 day anniversary of your purchase date. The product must be returned in a good full working condition free from any damages which includes but is not limited to the; Incorrect use of the product. The product should not have been abused in any way that would cause damage to the product or any of its fixtures and fittings. The product must be well looked after and free from any tampering or vandalism. The brake reservoir should be full of fluid and the break pads not showing excessive wear. The tyres should have good tread. The bike should be in its factory setting with no modifications or aftermarket parts. Nothing should be fixed to the product. The paint should be free from scratches and deliberate damage or vandalism. All original parts and accessories must still be on the product. Both sets of keys must be returned. You must have a valid reason as to why you don't love it. The batteries and motors must be free from tampering. You must pay for the return shipping of the product we can arrange this for you at your cost. We would use UPS, ParcelForce or any other reputable agent of our selection. Return shipment could take up to 10 days. Once we are in receipt of the product our engineer will check over the product to make sure that the above terms have been abided. If the product is damaged then the customer will be billed or the return will not be accepted. We will process your refund within 3 days of successful inspection.
